Mother’s day celebration article: On Mother’s Day morning, before the Sunday service, Chicago UBF joyfully celebrated the mothers in our community—both young and seasoned—with a heartfelt brunch. The atmosphere was filled with love, laughter, and appreciation as families and members gathered to honor the incredible women who nurture and serve with Christ-like love. Pastor Mark opened the celebration with a sincere prayer, asking for God’s abundant blessings upon all mothers. His words reminded us of the high calling of motherhood and the daily sacrifices that reflect God’s heart. We were especially blessed by the presence of Sarah Barry, who joined us in celebration. Her quiet strength, unwavering faith, and lifelong devotion have made her a spiritual mother to many. Her presence served as a living testimony of what it means to be a mother in Christ—not just biologically, but spiritually. This celebration deeply moved many who attended, inspiring both mothers and readers.
